Add realistic rail and track staining with AK Interactive AK083 Track Wash. This enamel weathering wash is designed for track, running gear, wheels, suspension parts, lower vehicle areas, rail lines, machinery, and surfaces that collect dirt, grease, dust, and operational grime.

Primarily used for armor,  but can also be used to bring out texture and depth around rails, ties, wheels, bolts, metal details, recessed lines, and mechanical areas. The tone works well for creating accumulated dirt and aged metal effects without making the model look overly heavy or artificial.

Application Notes

Shake well before use. Apply around details, seams, recesses, track sections, wheels, and lower mechanical areas. Let the wash settle briefly, then soften or remove excess with a clean brush lightly dampened with enamel thinner. Build the effect gradually in thin layers for better control.
