Abteilung 502 Bitume is a deep, dark-toned oil paint designed to enhance shadows, add depth, and create realistic weathering effects on scale models, miniatures, and dioramas.

Particularly effective on dark-colored surfaces, Bitume is ideal for emphasizing panel lines, recessed details, and shadowed areas. Its rich pigmentation allows modelers to create subtle tonal variations and controlled washes that bring out fine details without overpowering the original finish.

Formulated specifically for scale modeling, Abteilung 502 oil paints feature high-quality pigments and reduced oil content for smooth blending, controlled application, and a more matte finish.
