Abteilung 502 Raw Umber / Industrial Earth is a rich, dark earth-brown oil paint ideal for creating natural weathering, shadows, washes, and tonal variations on scale models, miniatures, and dioramas.

Its neutral, earthy character makes it particularly useful for adding depth to lighter colors, softening darker finishes, and creating realistic dirt and grime effects. Raw Umber blends easily with other earth tones to produce subtle filters, shading, and convincing aged surfaces.

Formulated for scale modeling, Abteilung 502 oils contain high-quality pigments with reduced oil content, allowing controlled blending and a more matte finish.
