AK Interactive 3GEN Russian Dark Brown 6K is a high-quality acrylic model paint formulated to reproduce the dark brown camouflage color used on Soviet military vehicles during World War II.

Introduced around 1939, Russian Dark Brown 6K was developed as a disruptive camouflage color to complement the standard Russian Green 4BO. Although its use was relatively limited, it appeared in two- and three-color camouflage schemes alongside Russian Sand 7K.

Part of AK Interactive's 3rd Generation Acrylic range, Russian Dark Brown 6K provides excellent pigmentation, smooth coverage, and strong adhesion. Its advanced water-based formula is designed for both brush and airbrush application, delivering consistent results and a durable matte finish.

Application Notes

• Ideal for WWII Soviet armor, military vehicles, and equipment.

• Combine with Russian Green 4BO (AK11368) and Russian Sand 7K (AK11370) for historically inspired camouflage schemes.

• Suitable for T-34 tanks, KV-series vehicles, self-propelled guns, and other Soviet military models where appropriate.

• Apply with a brush for smooth, even coverage.

• For airbrushing, thin with AK Interactive 3GEN Acrylic Thinner (AK11500).

• Apply multiple thin coats for consistent color and coverage.

• Allow paint to dry thoroughly before applying washes and weathering effects.

• Suitable for plastic, resin, metal, and properly prepared modeling surfaces.
